Sociout provides automated Social Media Marketing (SMM) services. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the nature of digital services and agree to these terms.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Sociout is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence
3. Services
- Service descriptions, prices, and delivery times are subject to change without notice
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
- Sociout does not guarantee specific results such as engagement quality or retention unless stated
4. Orders
- All orders are final once placed
- Orders cannot be canceled, paused, or modified after submission
- You are responsible for providing correct usernames, links, and order details
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued strictly according to our Refund Policy:
- Only undelivered orders are eligible for refunds
- Services marked as No Refill or No Guarantee are not eligible for refunds
- All refunds are issued to the Sociout Wallet only
- Wallet deposits are non-refundable and non-withdrawable
6. Wallet & Payments
- All payments are final once credited to the Sociout Wallet
- Wallet balance can only be used to place orders on Sociout
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination
7. Refill & Guarantees
- Refills are provided only for services that explicitly include a refill guarantee
- Refill requests must be submitted within the specified refill period
- No guarantees apply to services marked as No Refill or No Guarantee
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Sociout reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts without notice for:
- Fraud, abuse, or misuse of services
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspicious or illegal activity
9. Third-Party Platforms
Sociout is not affiliated with any social media platform. We are not responsible for account bans, content removal, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sociout shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Service Interruptions
Sociout does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for delays caused by system maintenance, traffic issues, or force majeure events.
12. Policy Changes
Sociout reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
